Clovercourt Homes Limited is a family business which started trading in 1997 and celebrate 15 years in business in 2012. They are experts in achieving planning, acquiring sites and delivering value to the land owners that they work with.
Gary Sewell is the Managing Director and he takes great pride in the fact that the company has been and continues to be involved with so many local developments. The company always seeks to try and work in consultation with the local community before any application is submitted.
The majority of the time the company works within a 30 mile radius of Rickmansworth, where its offices are based, but have been involved in projects as far north as Birmingham and in Haverfordwest in Wales.
